My kids are visiting there dad for the summer is Las Vegas Nevada. he is working all day till about 5 at night. He told me that he had the time off but i found out that are daught who just turned 13 is watching are 3 boys who are 10, 10, and 7...is that legal for them to stay home by themselves everyday for so long?
12yrs old is the youngest one can babysit and training is required. When it comes to children younger than that you will be leaving them alone. Depending on the children that may be OK depending on the situation, Ontario doesn't have a minimum age for leaving children alone because it is so hard to define. To be safe have your 12yr old attend a babysitting course. It will be educational and maybe even profitable as they could then babysit others.
only ten and younger can not watch it
it means if you are younger than 12 years old then you have to have an adult with you to watch that film.
you dont have to be a certain age or gender to watch top gear if you like cars then watch it .
It depends. Is the 16 supposed to watch over them? Then that would depend on how responsible they are.Or if your asking if it would be okay for the 16 to just stay with the younger children...why not?
fifteen years, because by that time he or she will have know how to take care of him/her self and the younger siblings.
No. They are still learning themselves and would not take on that responsibility. They could however, teach younger kittens how to do things as the younger kitten would watch the older kitten(just as younger siblings look up to their elder siblings.
I belive you must be 13 years of age and have passed the red cross babysitting course.
In Iowa, there is no specific age requirement stated in state law for a child to babysit their siblings. It is generally recommended that a child be mature enough to handle the responsibility of caring for younger siblings, and the decision is left to the discretion of the parent or guardian.

10or older
Night clubs are only for adults, even in Nevada. They are places where people 21 years old or older can legally buy alcoholic drinks and watch performances that may not be suitable for minors, staying up much too late for those who are still in high school or younger.
You have to be thirteen years old.
They are made for entertainment and younger children usually watch cartoons.
Older children can watch teletubbies as long as they are accompanied by a child age of three or younger.
haha same situation right here i have 6 younger that i watch every day. but i think you should continue to help your parents out it'll be worth it in the end. theyll be like thanks for helping heres this and this haha at least that's how mine are.
There is no law regarding this. However, the child must feel safe, be safe and know how to get help if needed. In most cases, a 12 or 13 year old could watch a sibling a few years younger for a couple of hours during the day. But siblings are never effective in watching each other, as rivelry will often cause problems.
