There's no such thing as an m rated movie. That's Video Games. For video games you have to get a parent to tell the sales person it okay but yes.
And movies theres Not Rated, G, PG, PG-13 and R. I'm also 13 and your not supposed to watch rated R movies but if your parents okay it and are fine with it yeah. But always check with them first.
