base form goku in the majin buu saga is stronger than ssj goku in rieza saga. thats cause of the training he did. also goten and trunks can go ssj but they are not match for goku base. and bardock in the 2011 movie "episode of bardack" transform into a ssj and he is also a lot weaker than any saiyan in post cell story.

Frieza's first form is 530,000. Bardock was no where near the Super Saiyan level.
