You don't pronounce the 'H' in Spanish, so you just say Anna. Make sure you say 'Awe' for the 'A' It's not like the A in Hannah. I took Spanish in school and our teacher changed our names to Spanish names, so there you go.
'vous êtes le pire professeur que j'ai jamais eu' - but I wouldn't say that to any teacher, because the phrase is using the subjonctive mood, and so is hard for a beginner to explain afterwards.

They usually don't. If their students think they do, their students are getting it backwards. The teachers are the authority figures; students are required to do what they say. That's not "attitude", that's just how things are. Some of your teacher's problem with you may be that you can't manage simple English noun-verb agreement.
Instrumental can mean 'music without lyrics'. But it can also mean 'important in getting an act done'. For example, let's say your teacher had a creative idea about how to make science more interesting by holding a special science fair. Let's say the school administration and the students were excited about this idea. More students learned more science after this new idea was put into place. We could then say, the teacher was instrumental in developing this new science program.
By asking the students questions and also by listening to what they say and the questions that they ask during a lesson. Even by just observing the students as a lesson progresses a teacher can get a feel for what they are learning. If a lot of students look confused, a teacher can know they are finding it difficult to understand. Teachers can also give a test after the lesson or a task to do to see how much they have learned.

Some teachers will take it as being disrespectful to them. It can be seen as being too "familiar" with the teacher, and treating them more like a friend than an authority figure... and some teachers will feel like that will make other students in the class less likely to respect the teacher or classroom rules, etc. When I was a teacher, I always encouraged students to be themselves and be relaxed enough in class that sometimes they did get "cheeky." I'd usually just smile and say "Ok, crossing a line there!"... and that would help students know where the boundaries were.
