Yes. She is a minor and he can get a restraining order.

No, there are no laws in Virginia that makes it illegal for a custodial parent to live with their boyfriend or girlfriend. If you feel you child is unsafe in this situation, you will have to pursue custody through the courts.
I don't believe that there is a law against it, however, the owners of the store may have their own rules about letting minors into an establishment where they cannot legally conduct any business.
No. If you saw the commercial for good luck Charlie Skyler says "i don't want to compete against my boyfriend" and the pictures came out but her boyfriend is Teddy's brother PJ.
Yes, he could use this against you and the courts would probably look at this very closely. Although you feel sure your boyfriend would not harm your child this would be hard to prove as his hitting you indicates he may have issues with anger management. You need to start respecting yourself. You should never be near a "man" (term used only to define his sex, not his actions) that would hit you! You should never have a baby with a boyfriend, instead of a man that would be there for you. Get away from the boyfriend that hit you and look for someone that loves you enough to be near you always. We call them husbands.
Yes, you can potentially get in trouble for visiting inappropriate sites at home, depending on various factors. If you are using a shared computer or network, others may discover your activity, which could lead to personal or family conflicts. Additionally, if your internet service provider or local laws have regulations against such sites, there could be legal implications. Lastly, if you are underage, guardians may impose consequences if they find out.
they can go against it but cant stop them
Not an underage child.
yes you can
Techically he can't get a restraining order against the boyfriend because it would probably be against the law.
I am not totally sure on what Social Services do about underage sex, though the police normally get involved with this subject. Both people who are underage and their parent's are able to press charges against eachother. Also, by law they are able to put you in juvinial detention for up to what I believe is 4 years.
How long does a parent have to press charges on another parent that allowed underage drinking at there home in Camden County in Missouri?
They can make your girlfriends life miserable and/or obtain a court order against you and your parents.

As such there are no such penalties for underage gambling(because legal actions can't be taken against a minor). But yes parents might suffer because of this problem, If a minor get caught while gambling the parents will be held responsible for it and then legal actions may be taken against them.Their license can can be canceled in worst cases.
