you don't need leafeon if you have torterra...but that's a really good team....

Are you serious??? the move ice shard can pwn of your Pokemon alone. Also, try avoiding torterra and leafeon due to the fact that they are grass types. Grass types suffere the most out of anything in the OU metagame. Also, earth quake, when coupled with sword dance, can REALLY drill holes into this team. Both ice shard and earth quakes are quite common in the OU tier, so this is not a good team out there. Also, i may change my oppinion once you give more specific information about your Pokemon's natures, EV spreads, and movesets. Anyways, my rating of 1-10 with 10 meaning the best..... a 3

Empoleon is way better. It is so fun to have a Empoleon on your team because these Pokemon are super proud and strong. The key to winning using Empoleon is to befreind it. I beat six gym leaders only using one Empoleon!!!! Go Empoleon!!!!:)

Chimchar. Because, when Chimchar evolved into Infernape, the last evolution of Chimchar, he is going to Fire-type and Fighting-type right? It will be an advantage of Empoleon and Torterra, Empoleon for Piplup and Torterra for Turtwig. Empoleon is Water-type and Steel-type, so Infernape's Fighting-type is effective to Empoleon's Steel-type. Torterra is Grass-type and Ground-type, well simply fire vs. grass, so Infernape win, well its Ground-type is an advantage, but don't mind about it. Plus, Chimchar is very cute and cool by the way.

Its a good team but you definetely leave yourself open to ground type trainers on top of that ice type trainers. You may have to switch electivire and lucario that's my advice. One more thing you need one more Pokemon on your team:)
