edit: but the authorities cannot tell you that you cannot just up and leave again.

∙ 16y agothere are laws but police are not up to date with their knowledge on what the laws are. I would call your local juvenile detention facility... but talk to a children's court attorney...sort of like a prosecutor... they have alot more knowledge and are very helpful on what to do..
