yes, you can actually. first you have to get the action replay,if you dont already have one, then get the code to make any pokeball work as a master ball, then save it to your action replay... and there you go. thanks for reading

∙ 13y agoyes but it will take a while, (example i caught my giritina with a heal ball, granted it took about 10 minutes with over 30 tries but i got it) so stock up on ultra balls and make sure to wear it's heath down first...... a strong LEGENDARY is hard enough to catch but a weak one is much easier!

With both they're several ways to catch them (Mew was never under the truck to begin with but is still obtainable through Glitch) and you can catch Dialga with the Ultra or other ball. Tried to catch azelf using endure and then endeavor leaving it with 1 hp i used 12 dusk balls and 37 ultra balls as well as my remaining pokeballs totaling nearly 25. i didnt catch it why not?
maybe because it wasn't tired enough you lowered its hp too fast, you should try using your pokeballs first then your stronger balls, putting it to sleep might help <---- WaspSoul
