No you can not play the disc with the PCSX2. You need to download the disc and create a file and then use the file to play the game. The emulator is not easy to set up to play a game like playing a PS2. Not every game title will play no matter how much time and effort you spent and some titles will not even load.
Maybe you could with the PCSX2 and plenty of time and the right game otherwise no
PCSX2 is the best emulator for PS2 games it says that WWE Smackdown - Here Comes the Pain is listed as playable see the related links It will not be like playing a game on the PS2 but with computer skills and the time and effort you may be able to finish the game

You can not change a PS2 game disc into a PC game disc. There is something called emulation that would allow a PC to play a PS2 game if you can find a workable emulation for the PS2 and set it up in your PC with the PS2 bios you must also get. PCSX2 while still in beta stage is considered the best available and it is free to download. Be warned using an emulator program to play a game is never as easy or trouble free as using the Original Game Console.
PCSX2 emulator can be used to play some PS2 games when set up correctly on a PC with the recommended requirements

There are new versions of PCSX2 out and different games do not all work the same or can all ever be run in PCSX2. There may be games that are able to be played with a keyboad. It's really a question that anyone who could actually set up the PCSX2 and load some PS2 Bios and create a file from the game disc in the PC harddrive would not have a problem answering

To install a PC game without needing the disc, first, insert the game disc and install the game using the provided setup. After installation, you can create a disc image (ISO) using software like Daemon Tools or ImgBurn, which allows you to emulate the disc. Additionally, some games offer a digital download option through platforms like Steam or Origin, allowing you to install the game directly without requiring the physical disc in the drive. Finally, ensure you have a valid license or activation key, as some games may require it for initial setup.
I don't think that you can.

Not without an emulator and not every title can play with available emulators like PCSX2. They convert the PC to Play the PS2 game downloaded files with the PS2 bios and do not convert the games to play on a PC. The difference being that the games software is not rewritten to play on the PC like a game that has been designed to play on the PC that also has a version designed to play on the PS2
