Yes, you can. But some consider that "Cheating"
1. Go to DS Main Menu
2. Press the little ds at the bottom for Options
3. Press the blue icon.
4. Press the clock.
5. Change the time to the time that you desire
6. Press A to confirm
7. Press B
8. Press B
9. It will say, 'The system will now shut down'
10. Press A
11. Go to your game and it should work
12. Enjoy your new pokemon
