There is the cloning glitch on Pokemon emerald where you can clone rare candies and then attach them to Pokemon and transfer them to platinum, but other than that there is a painstaking long cheat where you run around in a patch of grass and fight wild Pokemon to deviously manipulate the Pokemon's experience bar.

You have to train really hard. Fight the person that gives out the most xp and kill that Pokemon.

Okay, even though you can't really kill Pokemon, I agree with that. It takes a mind-numbing amount of time. You will get completely fed up with the music, and you might even ragequit three or four times. Beating the Elite Four again and again and again is a VERY good way to level up your Pokemon quickly. For that low-level Pokemon you never got around to raising, you can use the daycare or an exp. share. Good luck!

first beat the league.then go to safari zone's new area. there are a few rocks there. use rock smash, and ashuckle will attack if you are lucky.then catch a ditto in falabor town inside the digger's house in desert underpass.breed them and fill a whole box with them.

then grow oran berreies everywhere.after riprning give them to shuckle.after some hours, this will turn to berry juice.wait for some more time and then the juice will turn into rare candies! a box full of rare candies!do i need to explain now?
