There was one scene in the radio drama of Return of the Jedi that will answer the question: in a scene from the radio drama, Lando was disguised as a guard and he was silently talking to Leia. And Leia even said that her dancing wasn't so good and that she might end up in the rancor's stomach if she continues to do badly. So yes, Jabba did make Leia dance. But it is not shown in the film

∙ 13y agoTechnically in a scene from the Return of the Jedi novel adaption Jabba does force Leia to drink from his cup supposedly filled with some hard alcoholic beverage. In the movie we see Jabba holding the cup up to her after he says "you will soon learn to appreciate me" on the sail barge and she gives a quick glance at the cup but we don't see her drink from it. I don't think she got drunk from one sip and she seemed to be lucid enough to strangle Jabba, but who knows? It could have happened sometime else during her slavery but unfortunately there's no proof.

∙ 13y agoActually yes. Not in the movie obviously but in a scene that was cut from the movie, Jabba forces her to drink from a cup with some form of alcohol in it. This scene can be found in the official novelization of Return of the Jedi by James Khan.

Although she was subdued at night and Luke came at some point during the morning, there is absolutely no indication that it was actually the NEXT morning. What's more, her costume fits her so neatly (its "loose" nature is part of the design, as if it were any tighter, it would be extremely uncomfortable), and so all those measurements and tailoring would have to have been done very late at night; if it was already late when she was captured, then the costume would have been completed at some point near the same time of morning that she is next seen - and everyone seems pretty well-rested when Luke appears. Finally, Leia's resistance to Jabba when she is first captured appears to be quite abandoned by the time she's on the Sail Barge, as indicated when Jabba tugs her chain from across the room, making her turn, run to him, leap up on the throne, and press close against him - an act that would require far too much activity on her own part for it to be a mere physical reaction (such as falling backwards, etc.) In all likelihood, Leia was held for 24-72 hours, during which time she was fitted for the costume, chained to Jabba, and forced into acts which disciplined her enough to come to him when he yanks her chain.

The hutt species in the Star Wars is hermaphroditic meaning that they have both male and female sex organs. Hutt's usually choose what gender role to take when they reach adulthood, but this can always change with preference. Jabba himself, as many hutts in power usually do, took on the male persona and thus has a male labido and sex organ. Jabba has only once taken a femal persona and that was when he became pregnant with Rotta. Hutts change gender once they become pregnant. As far as compatibility is concerned, while it may be possible for Jabba or another male persona hutt to have sex with a female of another species that does not mean he can impregnate them. While Jabba might enter Leia and ejaculate inside her, his sperm would not be able to impregnate her, do to the differences in the human and hutt species. Creatures can only reproduce with other creatures with a similar amount of chromosomes. That is why it is impossible for a human to impregnate another species. So now to answer your last question about why Jabba has a sexual attraction to other species if he can not ultimately make children with them. It is a similar reason why some humans find themselves attracted to humans of the same gender or creatures of another species. They can't reproduce but they still are attracted to them just like Jabba is sexually attracted to humaoid females. It is even stated in several books that Jabba's harem is considered a perversion by other hutts and only Jabba's wealth and power keeps him from ridicule.
