It is difficult to respond to such a confused and jumbled question. The Cherokees had nothing at all to do with the Little Bighorn battle and its results had no impact on them of any kind.
Although the battle was a minor defeat for the US Army it increased the resolve of the US government to deal ever more harshly with any resistance to the reservation system, so in that sense it was a major defeat for the native tribes, all of whom were confined to reservations within 20 years of the battle.
You need to read much more about the battle and its impact, sort out the geographical locations of tribes and their individual experiences. Dee Brown's book "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee" would be an excellent book to begin with.
