Yes. They had very early Marconi radio, which is the only device you could call "Electronic". They famously transmitted the newly devised Morse Code signal for distress "S O S". Which was picked up by several vessels including the 'Carpathia'.
Radar was not invented until the second world war.

Yes they did. They sent out an SOS signal which the SS Carpathia heard and came to their rescue, after the ship had gone under the water. The SS California which was nearer had turned off their radio at midnight and did not hear the Titanic's cry for help.
