Actually, lobsters don't have a true nose - if you consider the function of a nose in most land mammals. They do have a rostrum which looks like a nose, basically a point that protrudes out between the eyes, which is mostly for protecting their delicate eyes especially during battle. Their chemical sense - what we might call their sense of smell - is quite acute but is located in their antenna and legs/feet.

No but they do have gills. And Mr. Krabs has a moustache not a nose...
