you only need dialga in your team but you can if you want when i beat the elite four i had a alakazam staraptor empoleon dialga gengar and rapidash and i beat it in no time at all You don't have to have a dialga in your team. you can go and beat the elite four with no legendary Pokemon at all. i went and beat them without a legendary easily. but i had a level 70 or higher fearow. you don't need one of those either.

You just need to see or capture all of the Pokemon in the first dex, which is a total of 210. It's not hard, most people do it around the time they get through the elite four. Though if you get through it and realize you're missing a Pokemon or two, like I did the first time, there's a lot of guides where you can find find the location to veiw the Pokemon so you can complete the dex. As for filling the national dex, I'm not much use there, sorry

Spiritomb has no weakness and it is the first Pokemon she will use so put you most powerful Pokemon first. Roserade is weak to fire, ice, flying and psychic. Gastrodon is weak to grass. Lucario is weak to fire, fighting, and ground. Milotic is weak to grass and electirc, and Garchomp is weak to ice and dragon. Be carefull though with Garchomp, he is also a dragon type so he will be super effective to your dragon type!
