Biologically yes. His father, Warren McGinnis, had his reproductive DNA overwritten by a nanotech solution, created by Amanda Waller from Cadmus, administered to him when he went in for a flu shot. For the full explanation watch the episode Epilogue of Justice League Unlimited.
Bruce Wayne is neither religious nor has many close friends with children. There are no stories where he has been asked to be a godfather.
One could argue that the first three Robins had a relationship that was somewhat similar to a godfather/godson relationship, in that Bruce Wayne took responsibility for their development, both in and out of costume. However, a teacher/student relationship would be more accurate, as Bruce Wayne is usually emotionally detached.
Batman/Bruce Wayne does not have a grandson in the main continuity of DC comics. He does have a son, Damian Wayne, who is the son of Talia al Ghul and the granson of Ra's al Ghul. In addition, he is the adopted father of Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, and Tim Drake, the first three Robins.
In several of the alternate universe and Elseworlds titles, Bruce Wayne is shown to have either biological or adopted grandchildren. However, this is not considered part of the main continuity.
Yes. Not counting the fact that he has adopted most of the Robins and one of the Batgirls to be his legal sons and daughter, he has one biological son with Talia Al Ghul named Damian Wayne.
No, Robin was the crime-fighting partner of Superhero Batman, when the two were not crime-fighting they were known as Bruce Wayne and his ward Dick Grayson, a ward is someone placed under the protection of a legal guardian.
Dick Grayson, the first Robin, is the new Batman.

dicks parents were killed by sabotage in their circus act. Bruce took him in as a foster son. that is true but if you wanna know the whole story, look up "why is batmans sidekick called robin"
Patrick Wayne (The son of John Wayne.) was Devlin Warren .
My son, a huge Batman fan, says he inherited his fortune from his father.
There is no character in Batman named Thomas Bruce. However, I believe the reference is the Thomas Wayne, Bruce Wayne's father. He and his wife Martha were shot and killed by a robber in an alley in Gotham City as their son Bruce watched.
He doesn't have a son. Unless you want to consider the brief moment in time when he "adopted" Tim Drake and made him into a mini Joker in Batman Beyond the Return of the Joker.
Not biologically normally, in some versions Robin is Batman's adopted son but in most versions, he is simply his ward. Damien Wayne, Bruce's son, did become Robin.
Damien Wayne
Robin in Son of Batman is Damian Wayne.

Damon Wayne (son of both Bruce Wayne and Talia Al Ghul)
They have something of a history together.

Damian Wayne. Also known as Robin
No. There was a storyline called Batman R.I.P. which was the final stage of a plot to either corrupt or kill Bruce Wayne. It had been going on for years, every since a Silver Age Batman issue called Robin Dies at Dawn. The story in the issue had been re-vamped in a way to reveal that there was an ultimate mastermind villain out there, known as Dr. Simon Hurt, that had been preparing this moment for a long time. Hurt turns out to be the Devil. Batman R.I.P. led into Final Crisis, where humanity is enslaved by the reincarnation of the evil alien God Darkseid. Darkseid's minions capture Bruce Wayne, where they intend to study and analyse his brain in order to create an army of mindless Batman clones. Obviously, he escapes, however he is zapped by Darkseid's Omega Beams, which sends him back in time. In spite of this, Superman finds what he believes to be Bruce Wayne's body, leading the whole DCU - besides Tim Drake a.k.a. 'Robin III'/Red Robin - to think that he is dead. Dick Grayson, the original Robin, has now taken on the mantle of Batman, and Batman's twisted son Damian has become the new Robin (or 'Robin V'), leaving Tim Drake to become Red Robin. The Batman corpse shown in the recent Blackest Night apparently ISN'T Bruce's body, but in fact someone elses, and we may or may not find out whose it is in the upcoming Blackest Knight storyline running in the Batman and Robin books. One thing for sure though is that we will see how Bruce Wayne returns, as April sees the first issue of 'The Return of Bruce Wayne' released. So to answer your question again, no, Batman is not dead.
