∙ 15y agoNo, Kate and Beth are good friends. Beth and Kate met shortly after the birth of the sextuplets when Beth volunteered to help feed the babies. Since then, Beth and Kate have taken day trips to the spa, and Beth sometimes accompanies the family on vacation to help supervise the children. Beth also babysits some of the kids when Jon and Kate have things to do.

∙ 14y agoSuppossedly, Beth has been asked to leave the show after appearing in the first season simply because she was offered compensation to appear in the episodes. When Kate got word of this, she immediatley cut her off saying "no one makes money on my family."
