I don't but i know where you could find one. You first need an Explorers Kit, after you get that select it and click use then you will be transported to the underground. There will be a huge map of tunnels on the top screen of your screen sooner or later shiny gold spots will appear on the map, go there and touch the touchscreen to activate the radar you should see spots on the walls of the tunnels go there and press "A" then a screen will show up on the touchscreen and you could dig for items! It may take a while to find a fossil though. After discovering a fossil press "X" to make the Explorer Kit menu appear if you have a fossil go to Treasures press "A" on the item you want in your bag and then it will be moved to your bag. Then go to Orreburgh City and go to the Coal Museum and talk to the guy on the counter the rest from there should be obvious. You can also get Shieldon, Cranidos, Omanyte, Anorith, Lileep, some say Kabuto but i don't know
