Madara does not want to take Sasuke's Mongekyo sharingan. Madara wants to create a new world were everyone can live in peace, but the process isn't in a good way.

There is no sixth hokage. Danzo was a candidate for it, but was killed by Sasuke before he could formally take over, and Tsunade recovered in the meantime. Danzo is not Madara, he is not even a Uchiha. His sharingan eye was taken from Shisui Uchiha.
Why do people love Sasuke?
I wouldn't say that Madara likes Sasuke so much. It's Sasuke's sharingan eyes that Madara is after. I guess he wants to take it for himself, maybe to become stronger like he did to his brother whose eyes he took thus gaining the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
What is itachi's disease?
Itachi had an unknown illness that weakened him. Whatever illness this was, it was worsened by his abilities to a point where he could no longer sustain life (by using Mangekyo Sharingan and Susano'o). Before battling Sasuke, he also had been drained from giving a power to Naruto, making him exceptionally weaker for that battle. There are many theories about the illness he had, ranging from lung cancer to Tuberculosis, and even the chance it could be some random unknown illness caused by Susano'o or from his bloodline, or even from depression. He contracted this illness at some time after killing the Uchiha Clan.
Can you do sharingan?
It really depends. You have to either have to be born with Uchiha Bloodline or have an Uchiha give you his Sharingan. You have to be born in the Uchiha Clan...or you can have an Uchiha give you but...doing so a Sharingan in a non-uchiha causes the sharingan to take alot more chakra to use then when a regular Uchiha uses his/her sharingan it uses up little chakra.

Is danzou really madara?
Nope. It's physically impossible.Madara is much too old to be Danzou because:1. Madara has been around since the Shodaime Hokage. Danzou wasn't even born then.2. Madara is an Uchiha. Can madara control the nine tail fox?
Yes he can, with the Sharingan. Sasuke subdued the fox in the first episode of Shippuden. Also it has been said many times and whoever is under the mask has used the sharingan to take out the nine tails out of Naruto's mom during pregnancy and attack the leaf.
Why Itachi kill all the whole Uchiha clan?
Itachi Uchiha was secretly trained by Madara Uchiha(founder of the clan).Following Madara's footsteps he kills his best friend to obtain the mangekyo sharingan. To test the full power of the Sharingan, he attempts to wipe out his whole clan. This may not be seen but Madara helps him. The only reason that Itachi did not kill Sasuke is that the Mangekyo Sharingan is so powerful, it starts to cause blindness to the owner. So by letting Sasuke obtain Mangekyo Sharingan, Itachi is getting what he wants. The only way to reverse the blindness is to take one of your sibling eyes(what Madara Uchiha did to his brothers). Later in the series, Sasuke goes to the Uchiha shrine and reads that in a inscription on the wall. So Itachi killed the whole clan for a couple reasons: 1. To test the power of the Mangekyo Sharingan 2. He killed his best friend so the only way to get out of trouble is to kill his clan. 3.Itachi kicks butt =P (lol)
How does Naruto look like in Shippuden?
No, Naruto will never get a Sharingan. The Sharingan is a bloodline limit, or in other words it is genetic. Naruto is not part of the same family as any Sharingan user, and therefore will never receive the Sharingan. There are however, exceptions to the family only rule, such as with Kakashi. A non family member may acquire the Sharingan if taken from the body of a Sharingan user, such as through battle or in the case of Kakashi, as a gift from his dying friend. As of now, there are only 3 current Sharingan users, Sasuke, Madara, and Kakashi, so it seems unlikely Naruto will get a Sharingan. (because once Sasuke is defeated the series will be over, Madara would never handover his Sharingan and Naruto isn't the type of character to take them, and Kakashi is too important of a character to die). Put aside all of this, Naruto doesn't need the Sharingan, he has his own source of power. Giving him the Sharingan on top of his current power is a little unnecessary.

when sasuke and itachi fought itachi killed orochimaru with susanoo and sasukes curse mark left but he can still use snake style jutsu but not curse mark(he did get amaterasu,mangekyo sharingan and black crow style jutsu but he doesnt use crow style and itachi wanted sasuke to take his eyes so sasuke would get eternal mangekyo sharingan but sasuke didn't).

Does Kakashi know obito is alive?
Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato Namikaze (the leader) were students in the same team. Obito dies and later on it emerges that Tobi is, in fact, Madara Uchiha. No because obito is not Tobi .madara uchiha is a man from before the hidden leaf he is probably hundreds of years old madara was born before kakashi they can not be the same age because Kakashi is 27 Well as shown now tobi is not madara. However there is no way tobi could be obito cause at the time where the nine tails attacked kakashi was still young and tobi was way older when he fought minato. I dont get why people are not using their brains cause that is a proof that tobi is not obito.

Who is izuna Uchiha?
izuna was madara's younger brother. and after madara lost sight he took his brothers eyes by force awakening the eternal magnekyou. but in the shippuden episode episode 221 (storage) it shows kabuto wanting to form an alliance with tobi. kabuto then uses reanimation (edo tensei) creating 5 former akatsuki (who are: itachi, deidara, sasori, kakazu and nagato) tobi asks what will happen if he declines where then kabuto summons a sixth coffin containing madara uchiha. by this tobi freaks out as kabuto realises that madara is really dead. so tobi was a close companion with madara and would of killed madara and taken his mangekyou and rinnengan (as before madara died he awakened the rinnengan) then tobi implanted the rinnengan into nagato, where he later takes it back after he kills konan. i then did a little more research and it states that izuna didnt really die and as izuna was blind he killed madara making him tobi so tobi is actually izuna not madara
Did Tobi from Naruto ever shown his current face?
yes he showed it to the remaining akatsuki members but the manga only showed him begining to take off his mask and then the reactions of kisame. but there is no actual picture of Tobi and his current face half of his face is shown to sasuke after itachi's death. when he is taking off his mask he catches on fire because itachi gave sasuke a sharingan move, so if madara shows his sharingan. he catches on fire with the move
Who is madara Uchiha?
Madara Uchiha is one of the founders of Akatsuki and its current leader.
