NEVER EVER can you EVER get all the Pokemon in ANY Pokemon game you ALWAYS will HAVE to TRADE with others in order to get them ALL. To do this trade with ruby and sapphire and emerald and firered and leafgreen and Pokemon colosseum *(you must use ruby and sapphire and emerald and firered and leafgreen to trade with colosseum then migrate the Pokemon to soulsilver) Pokemon xd gale darkness *look at parenthesis above. Pokemon diamond and pearl and platinum (use the GTS to make things easier or have friends come over and tell them to bring there Pokemon games and there DS's and use the friend codes or simple wifi). Either way NEVER in ANY Pokemon game can you seriously CATCH THEM ALL!

First of all, there are actually 493 Pokemon now, but it is extremely difficult to get all of them. I know a lot of people who have done this, but that was because they cheated.
