there is no shortage of marijuana in Canada. Every local earia has it's own growers that supply the needs of it's neighbouring addicts. However, only the odd group makes a living selling the substance(i.e. biker gangs in Quebec and grow houses scattered across Montreal and most suburbs) There is such a need for it that it should be legalized and supplied by the government. I have seen many drunk people cause trouble but very rarely someone who is stoned.
