How can I get photos of the Pine Island Inn mansion from the movie A Summer Place. Is it possible to visit that place?

"A Summer Place" is one of my favorite movies. It was shot, almost entirely, on the Monterey Peninsula, California. The Pine Island Inn is actually situated at the intersection of 17-Mile Drive and Lighthouse Ave. in the quaint peninsula town of Pacific Grove. It is 'set back' behind trees on the northwest corner of that intersection. It was never an 'inn', but it was the home of Pacific Grove's first mayor.
"Can I get photos?" The Queen Ann victorian is privately owned, and trespassing ON THE GROUNDS is FORBIDDEN. However, you can get fine exterior shots OUTSIDE the fence-line. I have at least 20 taken with a modest zoom lens. A company called "Monterey Movie Tours" stops at the site for photos. In the meantime, if you Google 'www.maps.google.com' and type in "Lighthouse Ave. and 17-mile-drive, Pacific Grove, CA", it will give you a map location and you can actually get a 'close up' overhead satellite view and a 'street level view' that's not very detailed.
The structure is 'lived in' and is in a 'cared for' condition, but not fully restored. So, "yes" you can visit the location and "take pictures", but not 'on the grounds' and there no tours to see it inside.
