It depends what sort of phone it is. If it is an iphone then itunes on the phone or on the computer. If it is an android phone there is a few apps on the android market. With android you can also download the movie on your pc then transfer it using a usb cable. A lot of the time you will need to convert the movie file to a compatible file type using a program called anyvideo converter. Im not sure about other phones but most will be the same as android
