If you're trying to tone and firm that area, you need to do cardio workouts as well as workouts specified for that area, such as crunches and sit-ups. The cardio will help you drop the weight from the area and the crunches will help tone and firm that area. Good luck!

Though if you are 100 pounds and athletic, then I wouldn't worry about it because I play soccer and I have huge muscles, so all that weight that is coming up on the scale might just be your muscles. The problem I have is that I weigh myself on different scales and they are always different. One time they said I was 99, then 100, and then 92. If you are athletic and by athletic you mean that you play a real sport and are good at it than yeah that sounds like a good weight for you because I am 5 2" and I weigh 124 pounds and you are A LOT TALLER than me!!!
