yes fifth grade is more difficult. all you have to do to pass is to study hard and don't be afraid to ask questions. i asked questions and no one seemed to care and i was one of the 7 out of 20 who passed our math test. if you aren't talking about math it still works with anything. the most important thing DON'T FALL ASLEEP IN CLASS it gets you nowhere but a failing grade.

By having a class president in 4th grade or earlier, you encourage children to get involved in the political process and affect change.
Do you mean ur a student and u hav to do a speech at the end of the school year? If you mean it like that then I think a good fifth grade speech should be hilarious, but serious at the same time. Because kids like me (I'm in fifth grade) love it when u can really understand us & not be the uptight teacher's pet or anything so if u mean it like this then u should just have some fun with it & a splash of seriousness OR... do you mean it like ur a student running for class president? If u mean it like this then it's pretty much like the 1st one. U should let the class know what u would improve and how u would help but u should also crack some jokes because when I was in 3rd grade we ran for class governor & my BFF won by being funny the whole way, but also saying tht she'd bring in candy :) Hope this helps ;)
Yes, but most schools do not allow a student to use it in class
