Go to the playstation 3 web site and select (support) on the left side of the page then select (error code) on right side of the page then input your code and sony will assist you in fixing the problem but most of the time you will be told to send in your ps3 (Dont due this without doing a little research it could save you time and money to solve this on your own).

∙ 12y agoTo set up or fix your internet on your PS3 first make sure that you have a wireless network with a internet connection or have an Ethernet cable from a router with internet plugged into your PS3. Next go into Settings>Network Settings>Set Up Connection. Follow the instructions on screen making sure you input valid information(putting in the wrong info may result in a failure to connect). Select connect, push x, and your PS3 should connect to the internet!

∙ 14y agoTry changing your primary DNS code to 129.250.35.250 and your secondary one to 129.250.35.251. I've had no problems since I did this. Hope this helps.

∙ 12y agoOn the PSP device, you can ONLY get WiFi, so you must have it. If you do not have WiFi where you are located, then you cannot access the PlayStation Network without it.
