∙ 10y agoFirst you have to trust and be one with yourself and trust your body that no matter what you do with your body you can still trust it.
Taking a class or training with an established acrobat can improve your skills. It may seem hard at first but with practice you will get better.
If you don't know of any classes, taking simple gymnastics classes can help, or you can go to someone who you know can do acrobatics and ask how they got started. You can learn a lot from what people tell you.
