Warriors, as you know, are trained to be warriors and serve their Clan. How they apprentice (Train) them, is pretty simple. The leader of the Clan, for example, Bluestar, chooses Ravenpaw to be mentored by Tigerclaw. {Once kits are 6 moons, they are capable of becoming apprentices and receive their apprentice suffix, paw.} Mentors train their apprentices by teaching them what a warrior thinks like, fights like, and hunts like. (Specifically refering to themselves.) The apprentice must learn everything the mentor is supposed to in order to pass the apprentice, in the example, Ravenpaw must complete what Tigerclaw teaches him through a serious of tasks. That's how I think they mentor them. My answer would probably be 87% correct, unless you accept it this way.
There are no plans for a Warriors movie, but you would have to try out.
Erin Hunter (Cherith Baldry, Kate Cary, and Victoria Holmes) are still trying to figure out if they can do a Warriors movie or not. If you need more information, try visiting www.warriorcats.com

No, there isn't one. Erin Hunter has had offers but all of them have been wanting to make Warriors into an animated movie but for little kids. They don't want Warriors to be turned into a cute, funny, cartoon, when the novels deal with blood, death, and viloence of feral cats living in the forest.
Successors in the Warriors series are often referred to as apprentices. These are young cats who are being trained to become warriors by their mentors, learning the skills and traditions of their Clan.
The master of an apprentice is typically referred to as a mentor, teacher, or supervisor. They provide guidance, instruction, and support to the apprentice as they learn and develop their skills in a particular craft or profession.
In the Warriors book series, the ranks in a cat clan are: leader, deputy, medicine cat, warriors, apprentices, elders, queens (mother cats), and kits (young cats). Leaders are in charge of the clan, while deputies act as their second-in-command. Medicine cats are responsible for caring for the health and well-being of the clan. Warriors defend the clan, apprentices are being trained to become warriors, elders are retired cats, queens are nursing or expecting mothers, and kits are young cats.

For more detailed information, you may want to check the Warrior Cats wiki on Wikia.
In each Clan of the Warriors series, queens (pregnant she-cats or those with newly born kits) are the primary caregivers for kits who inhabit the nursery. However the protection of all cats in the Clan, including kits, falls under the responsibility of the warriors and apprentices in the Clan.
