if you have super rod,maybe if you go into the mountain near hearthome,get to the bit with water,if you have surf,if you have,the better because there will be about one in 500 chance of catching a shiny feebas,when it evolves with beauty scarf,yay for the shiny miloctic!

∙ 13y agoFeebas only appears in 4 spots in the big lake in Mt. Coronet (upper) B1F, accessible from Eterna City and Celestic Town. Take your time and be patient because it takes forever to find it. The spots where you can catch Feebas also change every day.
