-Water as required because # of cups of flour depend on water needed

- Put the flour in a bowl. Slowly add water, however not too much that it looks like soup. Start mixing the dough. Add more water if necessary. Mix, pound, and make sure that all the water is absorbed. your dough should look similar to this:

- Then put some oil and add salt for taste

- Then take a handful of dough and make a sort of sphere with it. Take a belan, and smooth out the roti, it should grow longer. put it on the tawa, cook on each side for about 2 min. then take off tawa and put on empty flame for 30 seconds. it should look like this
