After u get national dex talk to sailor in canalave. he tell you his son wont wake up. go in his house and talk to son . then sailor will take u to full moon island when u talk to him again . go there talk to cresselia .it drops the lunar ring then leaves and roams sinnoh. track down wt marking map weaken with moves like false swipe and then catch it when u get the chance
