Either in DVD stores or on E-bay
Try looking for "The Thief of Baghdad"--that's what the animated versions are based on. Personal opinion- look for the one with Sabu.
Sadly, no real comic books or strips were done on the subject, which is a natural for a long-running comic-strip of the adventure variety! I am speaking of the recent Fox animated film of l997. I seem to recall one newspaper did a sort of run-up comic strip as a preview to Anastasia but abruptly cut it off once the movie was available. Don"t bet on it , but possibly the Newark Star-Ledger. characters and plots related to Anastasia have a long past history in the comics-and elsewhere. Shady Lane in the comic strip Brick Bradford was pretty obviously Stacy Romanov!
Well there are lots out there. For instance:The Kung fu Panda series (Animated)The Johnny English series (Not animated has violence rated PG)Mr Bean movies; Mr Beans holiday and Mr Bean ultimate Disaster movie (Both are not animated)Despicable Me (Animated)Cloudy with a Chance of Meat Balls (Animated)Mulan (Animated)Shrek series (Animated)Madagascar series (Animated)Bee Movie (Animated)Monster vs Aliens (Animated)Yogi Bear (Animated)And lots more.Hope you find some nice movies. :)

It's part of Fantasia, the final segment if I recall correctly.I don't think it can be found separately.
Grease
The title of the movie is called "The Princess and the Goblin"
Other than a 1972 West German TV movie called Autos, I can't find any evidence that an animated movie called Autos even exists.

I personally have a deep fascination with the Grand Duchess Anastasia and much of what I have learned I either got off of Wikipedia or I found in books. One good book is "The Last Days of the Romanovs" but that's more about their last days leading up to their murder and a detailed history of them. The actual references to Anastasia are sadly very short. But definitely take a trip to your local library for books, check out sources online, and a good website is Frozentears.org. It has a lot of information on the Romanovs. Just stay away from the Animated movie, it is almost pure fiction. You won't learn much of anything from there.
The movie is called Once Apon a Forest..such an adorable movie!!! A classic for sure.
Try Googling: free animated GIFs.

One can find images of animated stars on websites such as Scri8e, Animation Library or Net Animations. Another website where one can find animated stars is Photobucket.
This version is really hard to find, but it's my favorite. See the Related link below.
