first of all, there is a cheat book that shows you all the Pokemon from your normal pokedex. But if you're sure, then go back to professor rowan, and talk to him.

Unfortunatley.. they cannot because Heatran is a legendary. The GameFreak creators made it so you cant reproduce legendary pokemon. But, it would be fun to have an army of them:)

u cant,u most migrate it from ruby,sapphire or emerald yes u can, after u finish the whole Sinnoh Pokedex and receive the National Pokedex and the Pokeradar, go to snowpoint city, go in the grass and use the radar ( rare, but i have about 3 in my box including Froslass and Glalie snorunts evolutions
