Only online as they are only available in East Asia. The Beylauncher L also only comes with L Drago Beyblades, so either with L Drago 105F, Lightning L Drago 100HF, or Meteo L Drago LW105LF. More precisely, you should look for the following item numbers : BB-23, BB-43, BB-88, BB-98. The latter is a very useful set that includes several other things.

You can also get a Beylauncher LR, which has both spin orientations in one Beylauncher. It only comes with the Beyblade Gravity Perseus AD145WD. It is in the items BB-80 and BB-97.

(By "Beylauncher", I always refer to "string launcher" : "Beylauncher" is the term the original company, TAKARA-TOMY, uses instead.)
