I have a PSP and I'm pretty sure they have the same kind of system. If you log in to PSN and click demos, you can get many demos and free stuff (some are actually realy cool I think.) But, PSN has been down for a while because of hackers, but I haven't checked in for a week or two. Hope this helps!
