How do you get Pikachu to learn volt tackle on Pokemon fire red?

You will need to get a female Pikachu holding a Light Ball and another Pokemon with the same Egg Group as Pikachu in the Day Care. (It can be in the Field or Fairy Egg Group) A Pichu should be hatched with the move Volt Tackle. To get Pikachu with Volt Tackle, just simply max out Pichu's Happiness, level it up once after at that point, and let it evolve into Pikachu.

Only 5% of pikachu's have one in the wild, then once you have that get a girl and boy pikachu or girl and boy raichu. If you want a boy pichu with volt takle, give the light ball to the girl, if you want a girl pichu with volt takle, give it to the boy. Then put them both in the daycare in solaceon town and run around in that town passing the day care, after you pass it a few times you may notice hes looking towards the path, which means he has an egg for you. Then take the egg and run in that town, stoping when he has an egg for you. set your touch screen to the app where it counts your steps. It takes just about 3000 steps. there is a 87% chance it worked, so you should try to get a few eggs.

The absoulte ONLY way to make a pichu know volt tackle is to breed a male cherrim with a female Pikachu holding a light ball (its about a 9% chance of finding one on a wild pikachu) there is one other option though if you happen to know someone who has the event pichu from GameStop it knows volt tackle and lots of people are willing to trade it in the wifi communication area

Ok listen up i got volt tackle without cheating this is how i did it...

Steal a light ball from red or ash's pikachu by using thief or if you already have one good for you....then give it to your pikachu after trading or catching one at one of the forests viridian or the one in johto....it has to be a male pikachu...give it the light ball to hold.....then catch a female pikachu... Breed it with the male pikachu while holding the light ball....you breed by simply going to the day care give in both pikachus and ride on your bicycle up and down from the day care to goldenrod and back again until the guy tells you that he saw your Pokemon with an egg.....the egg would eventually hatch into a pichu which will know volt tackle...it evolves into pikach when it loves you....

That's how i got my pikachu with volt tackle

this is a tough one. ok in emerald go to daycare and put in two pikachus boy and girl and wait for a little bit once done you find an egg a man from daycare gets and says you can have it.once you hatch it it is a pichu but learns volt tackle. But one of the pikachu must hold a light ball which you can only get by capturing pikachu which is holding it or steal it from trainer red.
