Where do you catch a spirit bomb in Pokemon platinum?
You must have an Odd Keystone. You usually get them during the game, but you may also find one trasure-digging in the underground. After you get the Odd Keystone, you must go underground and talk to 32 people at least, but they have to be persons (means you have to look for a friend, go underground and talk to him). The 32 people are SUPPOSED to be different ones, but you can enter the underground, talk to your friend, exit the underground and re-enter and so-on, until the number of met persons reaches 32. Once you do all that, go to Route 209 and talk to the rare rock there (it is called the Hallowed Tower). Place the Odd Keystone there and Spiritomb should appear. By the way, it is spelled SPIRITOMB. :) I know both ways; in Pokemon diamond/pearl and in Pokemon explorers of time/darkness/ in Pokemon d/p... well the answer is above. in Pokemon explorers of t/d the only way is getting it in spacial rift or completing a mission with spiritbomb as the client with the reward in question marks.

Where can you catch a spirtombon Pokemon diamond?
First, get an Old Keystone by talking to the karate guy just west of Hearthome City, south from the Berry Master's house. Once you've done that, go to the ruined tower south of Solaceon Town and put the Old Keystone in it. Then you need to talk to 32 real people in the Underground (they have to be real, not the tradesmen people). After that, go back to the ruined tower and press A. Spiritomb will appear and you will be sent into a battle. Hope this helps! :D
