go to eterna city then go to the house next to the Pokemon center then talk to the oldest man then he will give you an underground kit then go under ground and start digging in the walls until you find one.

Ya just keep digging underground and you will eventually find one. When you give it to the person in Oreburgh City (in the miner museum) it will turn into a Cranidos :D hope this helps!
