When a bulb fuses the circuit is broken if it is on a serial circuit. If the bulb is on a parallel circuit, only the fused bulb will go out, any other bulb would remain lit. On a serial circuit, until the bulb is replaced by a new one, the circuit is not able to be used.
If there is a bulb, it should work.
It doesn't matter where the bulb is in respect to the battery, as long as the circuit is complete, the bulb will light up.
A: HARD TO SAY because a bulb has different resistance as it warms up
electricity because a light bulb needs electricity
catch pikacu
There is a 5% chance that wild Pikachu caught in the Safari Zone will be holding a light ball. There is no light bulb in Pokemon Ruby.
You can't. The only way to legitimately get Celebi is through a Pokemon Event. However, you can get Celebi through GameShark codes, or you can try the Celebi Egg trick (You can Google or YouTube these, you will definitely find something immediately). I wouldn't recommend the Egg Trick, as you have to be very precise, and doing it wrong could result in ruining your data.
two reasons 1) the bulb helps it through life (like photosynthesis) 2) it's mother plants it on it's back

649, and even then that won't be enough.
Thomas Edison is credited with inventing the first commercially practical incandescent light bulb in 1879. However, Sir Humphry Davy created the first electric light in 1802 by passing an electric current through a platinum filament.
Thomas Edison used a carbonized bamboo filament in a glass vacuum bulb to create the first commercially viable incandescent light bulb. He also made use of a high-resistance platinum lead-in wires, a carbon paste sealed in a vacuum, and a low-cost, high-wattage generator to power the bulb.
Ummm well you could buy one at like home depot or Lowes....!
Go to five island and receive the parcel from the old man. Then go to Bill(after finding the ruby and sapphire) and give him the parcel. Bill will give you the light bulb.
actually the only way to get celebi on Pokemon emerald is to trade it with a friend that already has a celebi on his or her game. I do recall reading something that says you can get celebi using a gameshark or action replay but i don't know the codes for them.AnswerThe code for celibi on action replay is: e9494f7cc1f354d2f2d47f24f26e13e1I do not know if it works on game shark.Answer1. Defeat the Elite Four 50 times.2. Go to Mirage Island.3. Keep walking in the grass near the soil until you find celebi. I found mine at level 70.NOTE: You should use a repel, use it and then keep walking into the grass to find a legendary Pokemon.I tryed every thing and the only way to get celebi is using a game shark.Note: If that works, you should use a Pokemon a little lower than a level 70 and a repel. That way only Pokemon lv. 70 and up will appear.No.
Michael Faraday's made a light bulb with a platinum wire, he put it in a small glass globe, and attached it to a low voltage source. it glowed and produced light. Platinum is expensive. It only worked at low voltage. Others made lightbulbs. Edison decided a light bulb was a good idea but it needed to be made inexpensively. It needed to work at a higher voltage. The source of the electricity needed to be different from the place where the light bulb would be used. He looked for a material that could be made inexpensively and could last. It needed to be able to take higher voltage. He heated some thread until it turned to carbon. Then he made a vacuum inside a light bulb. He put the thread inside the bulb. It worked. He created a light bulb. It could be made inexpensively. It could work at a fairly high voltage.
