You must get a Pokemon that has "Mean Look" and has a high speed stat. Use your poketch app (the map) to find it. I keep running into it on the route below Sandgem (on the sea). When you have found it use "Mean Look" straight away so that it can't flee. Then catch it like you catch all legendaries (upto 50 ultra balls).

∙ 14y agoYou need to get the national dex and go to canalave city. then you go to the sailors house (the one who takes you to iron island) and his son is sick. after talking with him he asks you to go to fullmoon island to get a lunar feather to heal his son. when you get to the island you find cresellia. when you try to talk to her you see a picture of her and you hear her cry and she dissapears like mesperit. you get a feather that she dropped and heal the sailors son. now she appears randomly like mesperit around sinnoh. Good Luck!

∙ 9y agoGo to Canalave City and talk to Sailor Eldritch. Go to the new island and walk up to Cresselia. Press A to release the wing. Grab it and take it to Sailor Eldritch's son.

first you have to complete the sinnoh pokedex then you have to go to Canalave city. Go to the house next to the boats and talk to the kid that's in the nightmare. Go out of the house and go to the sailor and he will say that he needs you to get a silver wing from Newmoon island. Then you will be able to get there. Also that's where you see Cresilia and after you talk to it, it will become a wandering Pokemon. Get a few ultra balls ans=d a Pokemon that knows mean look with a speed of 150 at least. I caught it on my second try. You can also find Darkrai in Newmoon island.
