How do you get licky licky in pokemon platinum?

You can only get Lickylicky if you have Diamond or Pearl. If you do, then wait until Lickitung swarms at one of the three lakes. (You have to have beaten the elite four and have the national dex to have it swarm in the first place.) At level 33 lickitung will learn rollout. Teach it to Lickitung and then level it up and it will evolve.

Unfortunately, Licky-Licky cannot be found in Pokemon Platinum. You must evolve a Lickitung into it by teaching it Rollout at level:33.

You can also trade for a Lickitung with Pokemon Diamond or Pearl.

fist of all, you must have beaten the elite four and obtained a national pokedex. then you must talk to Lucas or Dawn's sister in Sandgem town, and she will tell you that a certain Pokemon is swarming that day, if its not lickitung then change your calender to the next day and hope for a lickitung swarming at valor lakefront.

if you don't want to do that find yourself a lickitung by other means, teach it rollout and level it up, and it should evolve into lickylicky

To get Lickilicky you have to train a lickitung to level 33 where it learns rollout. Let it learn rollout and it will evolve into lickilicky

Evolve it from a Lickytounge, which I belive can be found on the route before Velistone City. He evolves into Lickylicky when a lickytung is being leved up when it knows the move "Rollout".
