You can't. Actually you can! I've heard you can get one if you win first prize in the lottory in Jubilife City. Trading Pokemon with other trainers can improve your chance of winning. You can get them but....it takes FOREVER. The best way to do it is to restest your clock over and over again to the next day so you win faster.
