How do you get mew in pmd 1?

First you have to beat the game and unlock Buried Relic. Then you have to go here and beat Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, who are on Floor 15, 25, and 35, respectively. Be careful as they are defense-oriented and all know Explosion! Each of them will drop a "Part": the Rock Part, Ice Part, and Steel Part. They will combine (if you have all 3) to form the Music Box. DO NOT USE IT! If you do it will disappear. (You can get another, but why go to the trouble of defeating all 3 again if you don't have to?) Simply keep the Box in your inventory as you travel along. Between the floors of 36 and 98, there is a small chance of Mew appearing. It has the transform move, so pay attention to the messages at the bottom of the screen (If it transforms it will tell you. It will still be able to go over water and magma, though, so if you see a Sandshrew walking on water, it's either a Mew or a HAXOR. Anyway, you can increase you chances by having the Friend Bow (Found on floor 40 of Mt Faraway or a mission if you're lucky) and having a high-level leader, and make sure to have its Friend Area, Final Island. Notes I'm not sure if this is true but I read that there is only one Mew per visit to the dungeon, so search thorughly as there is no guarntee Mew will transform! Be prepared for the dungeon. It has 99 floors and can destroy you if you're not prepared. Pack: Escape Orb Huge Apples/Tight Belt Reviver Seeds X-Ray Specs It's also a good idea to have a leader with the IQ Skill Energy Saver, unless you have a Tight Belt (you can find it on Far-Off Sea in the later floors. Also Trap Seer for you leader and Trap Avoider for your team.
