you cant. the game hasn't made sceanery for the area beyond.
YES YOU CAN, A DARKRAI LIVES THERE YOU NEED AN ACTION REPLAY AND THE CODE OR YOU CAN GO TO ANY POKEMART AND PRESS L+R TO ACTIVATE A CHEAT CODE A DUDE WITH A GREEN JACKET WILL APPEAR, TALK TO HIM ONCE YOU'VE TALKED TO HIM HE GIVES YOU A "CANALAVE INN MEMBERS PASS". GO TO CANALAVE AND GO TO THE BUILDING THATS USUALLY SHUT UP AND SWIPE THE MEMBERS PASS YOU CAN GET INSIDE TALK TO THE GUY THATS IN THERE, HE ASKS YOU TO TAKE A REST, YOU GET UP AND GO TO NEW MOON ISLAND, DARKRAI WILL BE WAITING........P.S I CAN'T REMEMBER THE CODE, I'D SHOW YOU IF I STILL HAD IT, BUT I LOANED IT TO A FRIEND, SORRY. HOPE I HELPED A BIT :)
