Sableye can be caught in Pokémon Diamond after you've obtained the national pokedex, which requires you seeing every Pokémon in the Sinnoh pokedex. After getting the national pokedex, reload the game with a copy of Pokémon Sapphire in the GBA slot of the DS. You will know it's worked if the migrate option appears in the main menu. After loading back into the game, fly to Iron Island and explore its cave. Sableye should eventually appear here. Alternatively, you can catch Sableye in Sapphire and migrate it to your Diamond's Pal Park to catch.
