there was a event sorry but i THINK this might work i doubt it... go to 3rd floor of tv station in jubalife and talk to the guy next to the girl. he will give you an interview. say everyone happy then wifi connection and hell give you a mystery gift that might be the secret key. your welcome!

In the card game i dont know but i do have 2 frost rotoms :)!!!
