To get in the temple you have to beat the elite four once you've done that you have to migrate all the regies(regieice, regiesteel, and regierock)to your game then catch them in the pal park, but first finish your national pokedex(I recomend cheating)get all regies in your party after go to the temple and go all the way tho the bottom and theres regigigas! Then all you have to do is find your way through sliding on the ice.
