well. assuming you know where sunnyshore city is, you go north of there by Surfing. you'll battle a some swimmers and sailers. at the end you'll come to a waterfall which you'll have to use waterfall on which you get from jasmine in sunnyshore after getting the citys badge. after you climb the waterfall you'll come to a Pokemon center and a cave. the cave is victory road. the HMS for victory road are as followed: rock smash, strength, surf ,waterfall, and rock climb.
