To find the Unown in Pearl Version, go to Solaceon Town and head into the Solaceon Ruins. Follow the staircases like this: top right staircase, lower left staircase, top right staircase, top left staircase, top left staircase, lower left staircase. Get to this chamber, and Unown will start appearing throughout the ruins.
